Hi @Mike These issues are often related to the LLM misinterpreting the email address format. Please adjust your description for this field to help the LLM better understand the required output format.

Not a formatting issue - it added a letter that was not spoken in the transcript. I know this isn't an end of the world problem I'm just curious why it happened.

There isn’t a clear reason why this occurred unless it is reproducible, but it could be related to the LLM (4.1 fast) being used, as some LLM versions have known issues with conversation flow logic.
