I run a digital marketing agency where run facebook ads for my clients. i intend to run ads where the leads fill out facebook instant forms. i want a work flow in n8n where when an instant form facebook lead comes in, i have my retell ai bot send an sms to that lead to book an appointment and if no answer then calls at 10 minutes to book then appointment, uses google calendar to check for availability and book the appointment with cal.com and then pushes that lead through my clients jobtread crm. looking to see if anyone can please point me in the right direction for the best work flow set up on n8n for this run with minimal hassle getting setup and operating. I'm really trying to crush it for my 2nd client and need this work flow to absolutely shine for my client and im completely green to n8n 😂 thank you in advance

Hey mate, that’s def doable in n8n. I’d prob keep it simple: FB lead trigger → format lead → send SMS via Retell → wait 10 mins → if no reply, trigger AI call → check Google Calendar → book via Cal.com → push lead + appt into JobTread. Main thing is making sure phone formatting and booking logic are solid so nothing breaks. do you already have the FB leads hitting n8n, or is that part not set up yet?
