Hi there, my name is Daniel. I am having an issue with my warm call transfer function in my clients system. I have set the timeout for the retell AI agnet to 50 seconds. When the trasfer function is called the receiving phone number where the transfer is directed to rings but only for 2 rings, 10-12 seconds. I have spoken to the twilio support team and they say my SIP trunk is all correct and this is purely an issue on retell's side. Help would be much appreciated.

Yes thats why your call rings for 10-12 seconds

Ok i will test it out now and let you know the result

Increase the Ring Duration setting to a longer value 30-50 seconds to allow more time for the transfer target to answer
