We have voice AI agents which have working well for last few months. In the last few days, multiple times a day, we get 'number busy' response - phone rings twice and disconnects - twilio seems working well - recorded as an unsuccessful call in retell AI - with 00:00 minutes and says 'user hangup' as the reason for disconnect. You mean with our domain. Just wondering why would call fail? Can you guide us how to fix this?

your server is returning a 404 error

We tried multiple things - none of them worked. We used numbers bought directly from retell - one number via twilio and one number from telynx - every number has dropped calls. We tried different agents - still calls are failing. Can you look into this ASAP? Hello @VJVJ , all the call ids you sent have the user hang up and all of them the from number is same number , the ones ends -303, and I did tried to call one of the agent my self and its working fine , the issue here is from your phone number somehow your provider is rejecting these calls , try to call from another number.

Yes @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead We realized when we connected a MCP, that caused the phone to stop working. Not sure why? We disconnected the MCP - it is working now. By any chance, do you know what we need to do to connect the MCP and make the phone work at same time?
