I think it would a good idea if you can have something in the share dropdown where you can get a shareable URL. This URL will take you the flow with the ability to Manual chat OR Test Call. The reason for this is that we could send something for review without actually having to have a zoom/meet and actually show them how it works. The person signing it off can test it themselves Real World 1. You do you agent 2. You send a link QA 3. QA can then interact via chat OR voice 4. Give Feedback (this doesn't have to be in this as most people just use external software like Jira or Asana to handle their feedback or you could go down the route of Google Docs for example where you can add comments to lines) 5. Make ammendments 6. Share a new url for QA 7. Approved 8. Publish
