Hi, we are experiencing an issue where our inbound calls are failing to connect, but strictly when the agent language is set to "multi".

The call disconnects immediately and logs Disconnection Reason: Error_asr. However, if we switch the exact same agent to "en-US", it works perfectly.

It seems like the ASR isn't initializing correctly in multilingual mode for this Conversation Flow agent.

Hi, team is looking into the issue. Short term fix is to reduce the number/lenght of boosted keyword.
