The voice model is now behaving inconsistently after previously working quite well. It is configured to "Speech 02 Turbo." Could the dev team investigate if any recent changes were made that might have introduced these bugs? I don't remember which model was used. Kindly  look into it quickly, this is important. It was working well for our use case, as other model/voices didn't work well.

It may be difficult for you to understand and compare the specific use case we’re working on, but it mainly involves Spanish pronunciation. It worked well initially, but now the results are inconsistent/bad.

I don't know which model was there previously but it worked well, can you please check with the team

I checked with the team , and there was no recent change

If you can can share call id with the issue , and maybe a video explain it since it unique use case , that will be helpful .
