Can anyone help me with this? I have Sympana as dialer inside GHL, and its working for other subaccounts but for this one specifically, its calling as web call and returning an error. Thanks to those who can help! Cheers

Check the subaccount's dialer configuration in GHL to ensure it's set up to make phone calls (not web calls) and also Verify the API integration is calling the correct endpoint (create-phone-call vs create-web-call)
