Currently, the Retell Chat Agent returns responses primarily as long paragraphs, which reduces readability and user experience in chat. We would like support for more structured responses (for example: titles, bullet points, numbered steps, or clear sections) generated consistently by the agent. Please let us know if there is any native configuration or recommended best practice in Retell to enforce structured, chat-friendly responses.
