Hi, I'm trying to integrate Retell Web Call into GoHighLevel (a no-code platform that only supports HTML/JavaScript). Is there a way to use the retell-client-js-sdk without npm/build tools? Or do you have a UMD/browser-ready version that can be loaded via CDN? @Chirag - support @ Retell AI@Colin - Integrations @ Retell AI@Florian - support @ Retell AI

There’s no officially documented UMD/CDN build yet, but you can usually load the JS SDK directly via jsDelivr in plain HTML.
If that doesn’t work in GoHighLevel, the supported approach is to skip the SDK and call Retell’s Web Call REST APIs directly using fetch.

Hi @Shehroze -Support @Retell Thanks! When loading via jsDelivr, what's the correct import path and how do we access RetellWebClient in the global scope? We tried https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/retell-client-js-sdk@2.0.7/dist/retell-client-js-sdk.min.js but got 'RetellWebClient is not defined'.
For Option 2 (REST APIs with fetch), do you have any documentation or examples for handling WebRTC audio directly without the SDK?

Soo There’s no CDN/UMD build of the Retell Web SDK, so a jsDelivr script won’t expose RetellWebClient globally the SDK must be bundled (npm/ESM) to use it. If you can’t bundle, use the Web Call REST API (POST /v2/create-web-call) to get an access token & call ID and then implement WebRTC audio in your frontend yourself
