Hi we've been getting this wrong output when doing bookings through phone calls for our conversation flow agent. For some reason the agent is adding +11:00 to the time requested for the booking and this issue is causing our API call to cal.com to fail Tool Invocation: check_availability_cal tool_call_id: tool_call_bdfe1b { "start_time": "2026-01-09T15:30:00+11:00", "end_time": "2026-01-09T16:29:00+11:00" } we've added in multiple prompts to address this issue and made sure the timezone is consistent in the function and in cal.com. Also asked AI Evy support but we are still experiencing the issue. We encountered this issue on the 18th of December and it is still happening. we've reached out multiple times but no fixes were done. Hello @teppie , you have the timezone for Australia/Sydney, which is GMT+11, that's why you have the +11 , remove it and try again.

you removed it and then put Australia/Melbourne , which is still +11
and also for tools calls the description on the tool will effect the tool not the node prompt , so on the tool description add this to the current prompt : Do not include anytime zone
This should solve your issue.
