We are having issues with an outbound agent where either:

The agent is supposed to detect voicemail and leave a message.

a) the agent does not detect voicemail
b) if it does detect voicemail, it hangs up and instead of leaving a message even though the setting is leave a message

I see you are using v0 and it does have this setting enabled

but i see you updated it in the new version but you didn't publish it that's why it still using the old one

its fine , you can keep it on drat  if you want it to use the current version on the canvas , but versioning allows you to track your edits , use what suits you.
