Hello @Omar Ashraf | Community Lead
I am attempting to configure a specific behavior for my agent (agent_b16d3cf4cc9e5ee7275202e27c) regarding non-responsive users, but I am facing issues with the state transitions.
The Goal:
I want the call to trigger a transfer instead of ending the call when the user does not respond. Specifically, when the agent says a specific phrase (signaling the end of attempts), it should automatically transition to a Global Node I created named "Transfer Call Global".
The Setup:
Agent ID: agent_b16d3cf4cc9e5ee7275202e27c
Target Node: A Global Node named "Transfer Call Global".
Configuration: I have added "Global Examples" to this node attempting to trigger the jump.
The Issue:
When the agent pronounces the designated phrase, the system does not jump to the "Transfer Call Global" node. It seems the Global Node/Examples are not detecting the context or the agent's own output to trigger the transition.
My Request:
Could you check the logs for this agent to see why the transition failed?
What is the recommended best practice in Retell to force a transfer when the user is silent or after the agent says a final line?
Do Global Examples only listen to User input, or can they be triggered by Agent logic/silence?
Thank you for your help.
