tool results come back - Tool executes successfully, result returns fine - Agent just... doesn't speak for 30-60+ seconds - Transition to next node shows in logs but no audio output Examples from recent calls: 1. After booking completes: Tool Result: {"Appointment booked ?":"Yes, appointment scheduled successfully"} Node Transition: Book Appointment → Booking Confirmation [silence] User: "Is it showing up?" (2:50) User: "Hello?" (2:54) /User_hangup 2. Another booking - even longer silence: Tool Result: {"Appointment booked ?":"Yes, appointment scheduled successfully"} Node Transition: Book Appointment → Booking Confirmation [silence for over 1 minute] User: "Hello?" (3:28) User: "Hello." (3:40) User: "Hello?" (4:27) /User_hangup What we've checked: - Webhook responses are fast (under 3 sec) - Response format is valid JSON - Node transitions are happening (shows in logs) - speak_during_execution is enabled - wait_for_result is true Using conversation flow agent with gemini-2.5-flash. Hello @Moheeb , I checked the calls and it looks like the LLM had a timeout , Its a known issue with gemini models , try GTP 4.1 its more stable.
