AI is definitely bad at spelling. It could be by using dashes, three dots, points after each word. It gets bad each time. It sounds fake. It sounds buggy. I don't know why. I don't know if you guys found walkarounds, but I tried maybe five or six methods. Nothing worked nothing. Also, the other issue I face is she's speaking maybe at 70 or 80 words per minute, but when she's confirming the email, the AI speaks at 100 words per minute. I don't know why it does that. I don't know if anyone figured something out, but that's something that happens every time, basically. I didn't find a workaround yet. How about you guys?

Hi @Yann 👋 • Using Read Slowly formatting with spaces and dashes for phone numbers is currently the most reliable workaround. The spacing around the dash significantly improves TTS pacing. • For emails, character-by-character spelling with “at” and “dot” is exactly what we recommend to prevent mispronunciation. Regarding the speed jump during confirmations — you’re correct. While voice_speed can be adjusted, this behavior during structured data confirmation is a known limitation and doesn’t have a clean fix yet. Your additional tips are spot on as well: ✔ Enable speech normalization ✔ Use the pronunciation dictionary (especially with 11Labs Turbo v2)
