I changed Twilio CPS settings, waited for more than 10 minutes (waited for more than 30 min) and the setting is still not changing.

on Retell it said it would take 10 minutes

for sip trunk twilio , not a retell-twilio ?

I want it to be 5 cps in Retell AI (Twilio)

and in Twilio settings I also have set it on 5 as well

retell-twilio is a number you bought  from retell , Custom telephony is a number you linked with sip turnking , your number is Custom telephony, not Retell AI (Twilio) , so I'm going to ask the team to increase the CPS for custom telephony not retell-twilio, I just want to make sure before I make the request.
