my suspicion - Root cause: Transcript contains Unicode smart quotes (U+201C, U+201D, U+2019) that break JSON parsing in post-call analysis

okay yeah i just solved this basically had to change around the prompting for the post call analysis for anyone in the future that needs to reference back to this i also think retell ai internally you guys should do some sanitization so that any of the formatting errors in json are cleaned
