@Omar Ashraf | Community Lead Hi there ! I have been charged multiple times for SMS options. I have only submitted one brand profile in retell and only 1 is approved and yet i have been charged 3-4 times which is crazy.Please help me out. Upcoming Invoice - SMS 40$ is still there. Invoice number - YCBGXLNH-0006 SMS NUMBER PER NUMBER- US40$ Invoice 005 - US15$ charged for SMS Invoice 004 - US4$ charged for SMS It is only been a month and it should be 20 USD only for once and 0.1 per sms ; nothing else. I cannot understand what is taking so much time. We were also thinking of using this system as enterprise but now i will have to give it a thought because of the support service

Hello @Manjot Singh , the invoice has been changed to be 20 for sms and you will get credits for the old invoice
