We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Strategist to work with us on an ongoing basis. This is a part-time, freelance role with a consistent allocation of hours each week (start with 15 hours), working closely with our team and processes. We’re looking for someone strategic, sharp, curious, and creative who understands human psychology. You MUST have previous ecommerce Meta ad creative strategy experience. Ideally you will have some Meta media-buying experience. We are looking for someone who can't help analysing ads everywhere they go. You save TikToks, screenshot Meta ads, wonder why one hook worked better than another, and naturally think in terms of consumer psychology rather than design. You enjoy turning messy ideas into structured testing plans, and you're excited by using AI to accelerate your thinking—not replace it.
