What's the best laptop under Rs 30k? Need to buy it for my dad for basic MS Office use and other work related apps. Can extend budget if needed.

I liked the Mi’s one that’s around 40k. Decent laptop—a friend bought it.

I recently bought Lenovo IdeaPad slim core i3. Pretty fast, sturdy and lightweight

Whatever you get, try to get atleast 8GB ram with CPU not older than 2 years.
