<!everyone> Guys, I am putting together a one month residential campus in Ghoomakad(http://ghoomakad.com) in April-May. The focus is on exploration, learning, and access to creative community (think of it as one month open college campus). Here's the gist of the idea that I have. - how would you learn/improve yourself if you had one month with a supportive community. - demographics - 15-30 yo, student/remote worker/entrepreneur/people still figuring out what to do. - people can decide to work on one or two creative skills (programming, writing, designing) - its supposed to be an open learning environment so there wont be any formal courses/lectures but people are encouraged to use online material and peers to learn a skill - there are a bunch of activities that we will do on day-to-day basis. e,g. skill-sharing, workshops, talks etc. - fun activities, trekking, bonfires, music etc. - everyone is supposed to build/come up with something in that one month (doesnt matter how small it is), so making things is important to the community and the only metric. there will be weekly status updates for accountability purpose. - the aim is to help people broaden their perspective, network and be inspired to build things. I would love to hear ideas from you guys. You can give ideas on what more to do, what kind of talks/workshops to do or any other activity that you have found to be useful to you and would like to see happen more. I will share the website address soon with you guys.

Whatever you mentioned looks to be pretty exhaustive and well thought. One thing I wanted to bring up is mentioning a word about food and shelter. Could be a concern for people who are thinking of attending the camp for 1 month.

You mean the accommodation in Ghoomakad wont be good enough?
c
It will be good enough, just that I didn't see any details related to that in your note

aah I see, the note was about the program and not the infrastructure, but yeah everything will be in Ghoomakad and it has decent infrastructure (actually the only place I can think of) where such a thing can be hosted.
