🚨 Introducing Buddy Calls 💡 Idea: Pairing up once every 2 weeks to make sure everyone's feeling supported 💭 Thoughts: In an office, you'd bump into people at the water cooler all the time and shoot the breeze, but it's easy to forget to do that when you're working remotely. The idea of the biweekly pair calls is to foster community interaction, exchange ideas, see where we can make collaborations happen 🙌 🤝 We've added a new bot named Donut to Slack to help us get to know each other better. @nice-toothbrush-33259 will randomly pair everyone in #buddy-calls every 2 weeks on Monday and encourage them to meet for virtual ☕, 🍔, or 🍩s. 📌 You can opt in or out by joining or leaving #buddy-calls. 📌 Pairing will happen on Monday (you will receive a notification) but then you have the next 2 weeks to plan a time and have a conversation.
