Out of the many cool things we talked about, one that stuck out was his habit to go for a morning walk in the sun, so that his vitamin D levels are above average 🌞👍

Sorry to bust it, but It's a big myth bro
Vitamin D works well when you walk at a certain time only and for a specific time only, otherwise it kills you due to UV etc
Best option to increase D is Tablets

ok, I am not an expert, may not be the sun rays but something has actually helped me get my vitamin D to normal, I thought it must be the early morning walks, thanks for the info 👍

Yes it definitely does help! But I'm saying it's not the most optimum and effective path as long exposure and UV will also screw your hair and then also your skin and so on...
