The simple act of getting your body weight on your hands 🙂 You can start by simply hanging for a minute (upto 5 mins) and then progress to doing pull-ups, muscle-ups and so on. It's a total upper-body workout, my climbing coach used to say that people who are used to have their body's weight on their hands don't have to worry about diet much 😄

aha! 😄 literally hanging, thought the same but more context was needed. I agree.. I think this would also help fix posture stuff.. I have a door rod thingy! Let me put it up now 💪
