Thoughts on creating a separate channel for members working on or interested in side projects? We could use it to ask questions, gather feedback and simply share the tools we use to get things done.

@rough-autumn-89795 @refined-vegetable-38843 @witty-gigabyte-47737 @acceptable-flag-71699 are the first few names that come to my mind

oh yes, i'd love to have collaborators / co-founders as of yesterday. Let me know if ed-tech, fintech and FOSS excite you.

Always up for anything related to ed-tech.

Thanks for the props @helpful-raincoat-87337 😚

I am up for it

Yeah, definitely. we should have such a channel. I, in fact opened the group specifically for this purpose today. I am planning to build a small curation kind of tool for a specific niche (will discuss specifics later) as a side project , and want to partner with someone who can build it [there would be manual curation, filters and sorting to start with]. It is a domain where I see the demand is going to rise exponentially within 1-2 years.

would def appreciate a channel for side projects and startups.

would be really great to have such channel.

Yeah

Cool !! Hope to see some awesome discussions on #makers then 🎉
