@all @channel does anyone know if a consultant contract in India needs to include/exclude some specific phrases/words? this is from a legal perspective, such that taxes are filed directly by the consultant (in the form of advance tax), and not by the employer.

Is the employer in India or contractor in India or both?

I have the following clause in my contract:

The Contractor will be responsible for all income tax liabilities relating to the Payment and
the Contractor will indemnify the Client in respect of any such payments required to be made
by the Client.
```
