a good app for mac to show my current internet speed ( upload and download ) that sits on the toolbar ? Little snitch is there, but its bit expensive for now.

I have been using bandwidth+ for the last two years, its pretty light weight... shows total data consumed that day or the speed of the connection [https://apps.apple.com/in/app/bandwidth/id490461369?mt=12]

There used to be bitbar as well...

Thanks guys, have just installed bandwidth+ . This solves my purpose. Thanks @abundant-jackal-54634.
