Hey My name is Arjun Landes, and I'm starting a company with my friend Momo Ong (ex-Facebook PM) to connect top Indian engineers with US startups. Silicon Valley has a huge number of unfilled, high-paying job openings and not enough local talent. At the same time, India has a deep tech talent pool, and US startups are increasingly open to remote work. By recruiting and forming remote teams of Indian engineers, we want to bridge this gap.
