What features are you looking for? Syntax highlighting amd error highlights are easy to do. Enforcing json schemas is also possible with some editors and plugins.

09/04/2021, 5:04 PMI use VSCode daily to deal with JSONs as long as 2-5k long lines. It has nice syntax highlighting, as well as a good symbol searcher (Cmd + Shift + O) which makes it a breeze to jump to various different points in the file quickly.
