I came across this https://rebase.co/portugal If you have a Portuguese residency, will you meet the requirements for EU jobs, most of the companies in Europe have restrictions on "candidate must reside in EU due to some compliance reasons" not necessarily time zone reasons

🚨 Due to overwhelming demand, I'm temporarily closing new applications so I can be sure they're all processed in time. I'll add an email box here soon to get on the waiting list! Follow me on Twitter for updates when it opens again. 🚨
From webpage.

hmm okay. But do you know what's the procedure usually followed for remote jobs in Europe?
Especially I see a lot of jobs in London, paying huge money .. but they all seem to have restrictions on being a EU citizen

Not really..I was also interested that is why checked. Maybe better to reach out of twitter to the person. Maybe not as he just closed applications 3 hrs ago.

I'm going to start the process for any/all of the nomad visa options for Europe soon. This seems like a good service, will check it. Thanks for sharing.
Does anyone know if the financial requirements for this are stated somewhere? My finances are very bad as I've been on career break. But I have a few job offers, all pretty good. I need a base in Europe soon.

@wide-carpet-65149 The requirements are fairly lenient AFAICT: http://www.immigration-residency.eu/blog/d7-visa-to-portugal-passive-income-visa/

@helpful-gigabyte-47939 thanks! I read somewhere that if you deposit the base annual amount into an EU bank then they don't ask anything else much about finance.

Possibly, I'm not sure. I think the main thing they need is proof that you have an ongoing remote job.
