If you are starting as a hobby, it is ok. things to look otherwise- resolution and materials support, and speed.

I've heard good things about the Creality Ender. I personally have the Prusa i3 mini which is the best printer if your goal is to get no-nonsense prints w/o dealing with the tweaking generally needed in most Chinese makes. But if you're a tinkerer or just looking to get familiar with 3d printer, it should be fine.
