Has anyone brought policy from ditto ?? Does it take extra time for settling the claims if we buy the policy from third party , instead of buying directly from insurance website ??

Bought it recently and here is what the process of claims that they mentioned: • Most major hospitals have dedicated people who manage the insurance bit, so you can share your policy number to them and get pre-approvals etc • In cases of emergency where you pay out of your hand, claim process can be done online directly or Ditto can also support you and help you out Hopefully in most cases you have it is self-serve itself. Otherwise it depends on customer friendliness of the third party. I trust Ditto (they are small now, from Finshots brand and have cx obsessiveness). Please note that I haven't made any claims.

Even via Ditto, the actual buying process was via the insurance website. They just give a referral link.
