Curious to know if any one here got success in either closing down an LLP or as simple as cancellation of GST registration ?

GST cancellation is straightforward. I've done it once. LLP not so much.

I have closed an LLP and a Pvt Ltd. LLP much more recently. Took close to a year 😕 For the Pvt. Ltd. my CA just waited for one of the govt schemes to come around which help you striking your company from the records every once a few years and we got it done through that. It was lesser painful than the LLP - but I think we waited 2 years.

Good to know that GST cancellation won't be hard enough as I am planning to get one more for proprietorship. I've been waiting for LLP closure for about 2 years now.
