Now that the crypto malware is gone, I would like to automate regular System Restore Point backup on Windows. In case something like this happens again, I can rollback to a previous system state. What's the best way to do this? The built-in tool within windows is enough? I don't mind paying for a better tool (if there's any)

Acronis, if you want a good imagine tool https://www.acronis.com/en-us/products/true-image/

@modern-table-48211 Have you tried their advanced subscription that comes with anti-virus? If its good enough then I'll just cancel my bitdefender subscription and switch to Acronis for both backup and protection

I haven't, then I again I don't use any antivirus apart from Windows defender
