South is a little challenging with the Internet and power situation but if you are coming to the North, you are welcome at NomadGao. In South, you will find some good accommodations around Varca, Agonda, Palolem. Can't guarantee the internet/power.

The last time I was in South Goa, that was Palolem (Canacona), a few months ago, internet was very stable. But there was an instance of power loss, once or twice, though not frequently, and not for long durations. Besides, every cafe that I went into had fast speed WiFi installed and power plugs. When it comes to accommodation, I think you will better off staying at AirBnbs and private rooms. I will recommend against staying in hostels, because most of the visitors were there for partying and not for work. Hence, loud music and a hustling environment, not friendly for work. If you are 4 people, you can find a private villa or a house and divide the costs among yourself. Food is very costly in Palolem. I think this is the problem with tourist places now turning into workation zones. The menu cards have been designed keeping the tourists in mind, not long term stayers.
