What's the quickest way to take notes for informal discussions? Some of my friends are having podcast style discussions and they would like to note down the important points for sharing them with others who cannot join live. They don't want anything too structured or formal because then nobody will spend the energy to organize and maintain notes. So, anything quick and easy?

I have vs code always open, just type it there

These people are not into tech. So VS Code, Zettlekasten, etc. won't work. Which is why I am looking for a quick "Meeting notes solution"

If the request is for ways to type text for later consumption any simple text editor is teh quickest/easiest way, right? To support collaboratively taking notes live, something like google-docs will work right? Also can share a read-only link to the doc publicly for others to view the "meeting notes". If the request is for ways to share their podcast recording/transcript/notes, any blogging platform will do, right? If the request is none of these, it will help if you list out the exact use-case(s) your friends have in mind when you say a "quick Meeting notes solution"...

If all parties agree, just record the meeting and put in a shared drive.

i usually write notes on browser new tab, so whenever i open a new tab, i see the white space where i can take notes. You can use extension for this (example, Slite) or there is a bookmarklet script also
