Anybody here based in India working with an Australian company with an employee/contractor agreement? What are the concerns for the employer for this kind of agreement, if any? Please specify the kind of agreement (employee or contractor) you're sharing inputs for.

You can legally only have Contractor agreement with companies that don't have Indian Entity.

I am okay with the contractor agreement. In fact that is my preference. The problem is that now there is an Indian entity too, which I don't want to align with. @glamorous-mouse-696

You can become an employee of an EOR in India that would hire you on behalf of the Australian company.
