Hi Folks, I am doing research around contractor management and your inputs will be really appreciated: 1. What software do you use for invoicing? Quickbooks, Harvest or something else. 2. What payment mechanism do you prefer? Bank transfers, Wise, Payoneer etc. 3. What is the biggest issue you currently experience working as a contractor?

Biggest issue was getting Foreign inward remittance advices (as required for GST purpose) for the payments received from foreign clients. But this issue has been resolved lately. Paypal auto adds it to our accounts, Stripe and ICICI bank (wire) auto sends it to our email.

@few-coat-97679 isn't stripe very costly to get in the fund? I think they charge like 3 to 4%

@refined-psychiatrist-35519 yes its bit more expensive and also it takes more time to transfer funds to our bank ac. I started using it cuz of convenience as it sends FIRCs instantly to our email. At that time, paypal didn't start auto generation of FIRCs and it was hard n lengthy process to get firc thru Citibank.
