04/28/2022, 11:04 AMPeople who are Engineering Managers here, how did you find your remote job?
I have been crawling everywhere and it seems like there are very few (100% remote) job listings for this role, compared to developer roles.
Any tips on where to look?

04/28/2022, 11:10 AMIt is quite challenging to find non Individual Contributors role which are remote. I found mine from LinkedIn

04/28/2022, 11:31 AMIt is indeed! Even when doing cold reach, the hiring managers in this case are VPs and CTOs who rarely respond to inMails.
