Yep. Looks like they changed their KYC guidelines. They aren't really asking much so it should be easy to just submit the info and get verified, but if you need more time, just reach out to the Support team

I talked to support today morning, as a sole owner they suggested me upload my PAN to verify my business(I don’t have any registered). They mentioned they can manually approve if it doesn’t work automatically
