Hey #tribe, Does anyone have any deficiency of Vitamin D and B12? I got to know recently when I got checkup via 1mg that I had these extremely low. How do you people tackle issues like this via additional suppliments or meal planning?, is this common in remote working people or what? I feel like it's because of my remote working lifestyle.

I have never heard SDE not having this issues. Only solution go out in the sun (early morning). Have a balanced diet that contain these micro-nutrients. Else multi-vitamin supplements can also be taken with consultation from the doctor.

B12 deficiency is fairly common with vegetarians. I think dairy also helps but probably best to consult a physician

Lacking Vitamin D is quite common. For me I really feel the lack of Sun (which is what gives us Vitamin D) hits my sleep cycle. So that reminds me I am not getting enough sunlight.

Ya these deficiencies are pretty common. I used Dminder app some time back to track my time in sun but again lost my consistency.

Vitamin D is a common deficiency in modern humans. Get a good quality supplement. Be wary of Amazon/Flipkart. Lots of fakes sold there.

Had severe D and B12 deficiency. Had to get shots for both to come in normal range. Now I take tablets in a periodical on/off manner.

I've had Vitamin D deficiency, took the supplements and sun-walks for a while to get it alright. Fairly common these days.

Wow this seems quite common than I anticipated. Thanks a lot everyone for responding. I was thinking a lot about this. I'll spend some time under sun from now on. Take some suppliments for sometime. Most important thing, I'll get my meal planned by some nutritionist. Does this make sense?

For vitamin b12 we can include fermented foods in our diet. I eat various kinds of fermented millets on daily basis and eat rice and wheat occasionally.
