07/27/2022, 3:28 PMSaddle chairs are based on saddle seat used on horses. I've used one and I felt good, I could breath better, etc.
Since our human anatomy has long history of travelling through horses and other animals, it is only natural.

@faint-energy-11966 I was thinking the same 🙂 I used to sit on a gym ball for office, but after a couple of hours my back kinda wants a back support. thoughts/your experiences?

10/11/2022, 11:11 AM@refined-father-24054 I switch between my chair and the gym ball during the day and it's working fine so far. The gym ball helps me move around a bit and stretch my legs. I'll update again if I notice any issues with extended gym ball use
