We at are looking to hire a ReactNative developer and a full stack (or backend) Javascript developer. Is there anyone here interested to know more?

How do you write backend on vanillajs? It has to be node.

Reckon you might be asking if they are using express or some other internal library

Yeah, we use NodeJS.
Anyone know where the ReactNative folks are? Have not been able to find anyone (who is good) to work with.
Wanted to understand how many folks here are into Freelancing vs Moonlighting. I spoke to couple of folks referenced from this group and it turns out that they are working full time and are looking to do some work in their free time (aka Moonlighting). To clarify, I am looking for someone to work with us full time (either as freelancer, remote employee or in office employee).

@worried-helicopter-28026 I have also seen this same issue. I am a full-time freelance dev from last couple of years. Most of co freelancers quit or joined jobs in good companies. There are hardly any full time freelance developers. Almost none available. If they are good, they quickly get hired from gig to gig. I was told my contract ended on phone. A phone call two hours later. In the same day, I already had a next gig lined up starting next week. This may sound like a fancy fake story but it's not. I was also surprised. Never got hired this easy. Most people who network and looking to start freelance are moonlighting. Most of these are on Upwork and Freelancer. So people get this wrong notion that there is sea of freelance developers available. When they go to hire. There are hardly 1-2 eligible in the pool of 100 applications. I also think hiring moonlighteres is a bad idea. Just having one job and delivering would exhaust a person. Either they are going to under deliver for you or their job. Now I am realizing this. I have stopped doing multiple projects at once.
