Posting on behalf of a friend. He is looking for someone with Ruby on Rails experience to help with this project: The project is to build a mobile app+backend that allows users to host fitness challenges. Initially the challenges will be limited to fitness activities that can be tracked with fitness trackers, Strava in particular (others later). The app will also calculate a user’s fitness milestones based on past fitness tracker data and include completed challenges on the app as milestones too. The backend API system is on RoR with a React Native frontend. Part of the APIs are already built, some of the core features aren’t yet. I am looking for a developer who can complete these and also work on an ongoing basis on the next set of features.
