Great role, but don’t think Indians will qualify.

We’re hiring from anywhere that can maintain 3-4 hours overlap with the US-Central Time zone during a normal working day. This might mean a 1100 1900 schedule from Europe, but we’re not hiring from locations that require a graveyard shift to make the overlap happen.

3-4 hrs is very easy if you are flexible and want a higher ROI

Basecamp is the kind of company that would want you to have a good work-life balance. So while it is true that people can manage, it isn't something they'd want for their employees.

Interesting that they want a time overlap though. Even though they were the original async work pioneers.
