Hey everyone, we are looking to hire for our no-code dev team but are finding it difficult to attract good talent due to the lack of awareness about no-code and opportunities within the space. We don’t expect any prior knowledge of no-code tools and provide all the training required. Looking for suggestions on how we can resolve this and grow our team.

Look at what Airdev is doing with their free Bubble bootcamp. They train people for free, and then onboard them to their team if the fit is right.

@hundreds-winter-88791 Have tried that model for the past 2 years, with little success. I've been a partner with AirDev as well, so understand their idea of a bootcamp. They don't hire everyone who is part of the bootcamp.

@faint-energy-11966 No, they are either development partners or product managers. Both roles are contractual and on a project basis with no permanent employment. Think vetted freelancers. Airdev has created a network of such partners and service their clients through them.
