Salarybox is an early-stage Angel backed startup that is helping blue-collar workers avail financial services. To achieve this vision, the company is currently building a base layer of attendance and payroll management. 

They are looking for a backend developer to build new features. 

Tech stack:
Django / Python; Postgres; AWS

Who they are looking for

- 2-3 years experience as a backend engineer.
- Expert in Python.
- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySql/Postgres etc. ).
- Basic understanding of Dev Ops.
- Previous experience architecting and developing back-end systems 
- Hands-on attitude and ability to drive solutions to completion.

Responsibility:
Build new features and deploy to production

Engagement:
Long-term. Hoping to have a continued engagement. 

Remote?
They are an office first culture. They're completely okay with Remote for a few months, with ideally working from office (Gurgaon) after that
