My brother would be interested. He is 15 and will be able to start after May due to his exams. Would you be open to hiring such young talent? I've personally mentored him and he has learnt developing full stack React apps with Chakra for UI. Mastering Tailwind should not be a problem.

Below 18 is only allowed if it's a part of their government recognised college or university. That too, only internship.
