@sticky-sandwich-47614 It seems Cactus is not a remote company (before pandemic). Any idea if it intends to be remote first post pandemic? Edit: There seem to be Permanently Remote roles in the careers section, hope it stays that way 😄

Cactus provided many remote jobs for its content-writers, editors as contractors, freelancers and full-time employees before the pandemic. When they acquired the Danish startup Unsilo, the geographic diversity plunged them into being remote. I joined the engineering team as a permanently remote employee. Engineers and designers in our teams are from Denmark, Hungary, UAE and India, and many of them don't have a desk in office. The offer letter would mention "Permanent Remote" position as well, with headquarters in Mumbai for official reasons. So, it's a hybrid setup where employees are allowed to seek office space if they want, or work from wherever they want.
FYI for this posting: The experience level varies from role to role. I have mentioned the least level for a job post. Other openings might require a senior-er experience.

Duly noted @sticky-sandwich-47614 Thanks.
