What does one do in a catchup call? Genuinely curious

This is the structure I have in mind - Divide people into breakout rooms where they do a quick intro, and share anything interesting that happened in the last week. Come back into the main room and share the interesting bits with the bigger group. Pick one idea to dig deeper if we have time.
